Charlotte Green received her BSE in Elementary and Special Education. She continued her learning with a MSE in Gifted Curriculum and completed her education with an Ed.D in Education Leadership. An educator for 17 years, Dr. Green served as an elementary teacher, gifted specialist, homebound instructor, and elementary principal. She currently supervises the Gifted and Advanced Placement Programs for the Conway Public School District and is an adjunct professor for the University of Central Arkansas. She is the founder and executive director of Arkansas Preschool Plus, Inc., a nonprofit organization that collaborates with early childhood development center to support school readiness.
Dr. Green is a published educator who has written several articles. She is the author of two books, Because I Said So: A Discussion on Parenting Styles and Achievement Gaps and Parent Bailout: The Bailout that is Really Crippling America.

Dr. Rainey is an Economist with over 20 years of experience developing resources and conducting training in business planning and strategic marketing. He received his academic training in economics and agricultural business from the University of Arkansas.
As an Economist, Dr. Rainey works with all segments of the food system including growers, processors, and wholesale/retail companies within Arkansas and throughout the Southeast region. He provides leadership through collaboration with industry stakeholders and leaders throughout the state serving on the Board of Directors for Arkansas Farmers’ Market Association and the Arkansas State Horticulture Society. On the national level, he actively participates in the Food Distribution and Research Society (FDRS) having served as President of the society. Rainey is a leader within his profession currently serving on the board of directors and executive officer for both regional and national organizations.
As a community leader, Rainey spends significant time and resources supporting his belief in education and giving back to his community. He has been a leader and active volunteer for alumni activities, hunger issues and adult literacy. He has served leadership positions for the University of Arkansas Alumni Association at the local, college and national level and was recognized in 2013 with a Citation of Distinguished Alumni Award. He serves as a Deacon at the Greater Second Baptist Church in Little Rock where he resides with his family.
